  1. To provide strategic response to the threat posed by vote buying and other manifestations of electoral corruption capable of undermining the credibility and integrity of the 2019 general
  2. To respond to the immediate challenges of the 2019 elections
  3. To promote sustainable CSO engagement in pre and post electoral and political processes
  4. To deploy the instrumentality of an impartial and independent election platform of eminent Nigerians to support observation and reportage of vote buying, inducements, and other elections infractions mission during the 2019 General Elections to improve elections integrity
  5. To support Police and other security agencies, Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), National Human Rights Commission and CSOs initiatives
  6. To strengthen the capacity of election observers to report infractions and law enforcement agencies, particularly the Police and ICPC to investigate and prosecute suspects

  1. To facilitate the reportage of election incidencesto relevant stakeholders
  2. To enhance the credibility of the electoral processthrough monitoring, documentation and reporting infractions
  3. To help build citizens confidences in the elections through the deployment of observers that will help deter and detect fraud and inducement during elections.
